Minami Toronto celebrates the arrival of spring with a limited-time selection of cherry blossom-themed menu items, available from April 1 to 30 during dinner service. These seasonal offerings showcase delicate flavours and ingredients that evoke the essence of cherry blossom season—think cured sakura flower, strawberry, ume, and floral notes like elderflower and rose. From the Sakura Hokkaido Scallop Crudo to the refreshing Sakura Spritz, each dish and cocktail is thoughtfully crafted to highlight Minami’s signature Aburi-style cuisine with springtime elegance. Reservations to try these menu items can be made.

Sakura Hokkaido Scallop Crudo – $17.50
Cured sakura flower, strawberry, ume, orange, wasabi & clam broth.
Sakura Roll (4pc) – $11
Sakuradai (madai cured in sakura leaf), spicy shrimp, sockeye salmon, sakura tempura bits & hanaho.

Sakura Spritz – $18
Rosé wine, St-Germain, cranberry & elderflower tonic.

Olmeca Altos Reposado tequila, strawberry, raspberry, grapefruit & lime.

Soho lychee liqueur, butterfly pea tea–infused gin, cranberry, lemon & egg white.
