Aburi Sushi at Waterworks Food Hall in Toronto is launching a refreshed lunch menu on April 1, 2025, featuring premium Oshi sushi, sushi bowls, and curated lunch sets. Additionally, Aburi Sushi will host an exclusive one-night dining event featuring MICHELIN-starred Chef Ryusuke Nakagawa of Aburi Hana on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, with seatings at 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM. Guests will experience an 8-course tasting menu for $120 (plus taxes and gratuity), showcasing Chef Nakagawa’s refined Kyō-Kaiseki culinary artistry and premium ingredients such as Nova Scotia Lobster and Japanese A5 Wagyu.
