This month Miku Toronto is unveiling an exciting culinary experience as a three part series, guests can escape the winter chill with a Japanese hot pot.This winter, Miku Toronto elevates this tradition with its exclusive Shabu-Shabu Series, held on January 6, 13, and 20 at 6:30 PM in the restaurant’s elegant bar area. Priced at $150 per person, with an optional $35 sake pairing, each evening features a unique hot pot paired with a multi-course menu showcasing premium ingredients like A5 Miyazaki Wagyu, crab legs, and a seafood medley.
Shabu-shabu, a traditional Japanese hot pot, offers a hands-on dining experience where thinly sliced premium meats, fresh seafood, and seasonal vegetables are cooked tableside in a simmering broth and paired with flavorful sauces like ponzu or sesame. Celebrated for its emphasis on freshness, simplicity, and customization, shabu-shabu is a cherished part of Japanese culture.
